About Us 

The According-to-Robert Parliamentary Law Unit (ATRPLU) consists of about 20 members, ranging from those preparing for membership in the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP) to some Professional Registered Parliamentarians.

Annual dues are $10 and membership is open to any NAP member or anyone preparing for NAP membership. Guests are welcome to attend a few meetings to see if they would like to join.

Meetings

Regular meetings generally are held the first Monday of the month, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., September - June.  (In September it is the second Monday; no December business meeting.)  Meetings are at Martha Lake Covenant Church, 2721 164th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98087.

Each meeting follows the standard order of business in Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised (RONR) for unit business, and includes an educational program from RONR. This format provides each member with opportunity to both learn and practice parliamentary procedure.
